Luxury feel, smooth driving experience, decent average, air conditioning is better than every other car in the segment, pickup is slow, constant acceleration is great, they should provide the reverse assist camera and touch screen infotainment display in models other than the top one too. On the whole a great car, complete value for money.

Excellent mileage and pickup. Spacious and very comfortable for long drive, easy to drive, good road view good air-conditioning, smooth drive, looks gorgeous and very royal. It is almost two years since I bought it, so far not a single complaint one feels very proud to own it. I am very satisfied with its performance and am happy with it.

Superb car, even after using 38000km without any major maintenance. I never think of selling my car and keep it with me till the date it wants to be with me or 15 years whichever is less. Maruti Ciaz is a nice car at this price and the look is awesome moreover car is spacious but fiber material used in bonnet is not good. It breaks are very smooth. There should be a sunroof in this segment and voice recognition is not good as it doesn't take command, you have to do manually.

Too good. Power is a bit low but ok. Standard accessories provided by the dealer not appropriate. Happy with car performance. Features are good. Better than Honda City. Prices are ok. Maruti Ciaz is too good, power is a bit low but that's ok. Standard accessories provided by the dealer but it is not appropriate. Happy with car performance, features are good and it is better than Honda City.
