Purchased Tiago EV XZ + Long range 315 km as per advertisement. Getting 150 km only. The rear sensor is not available for safety purposes as per the advertisement. The raised complaint also had no proper reply. Not advisable to buy this vehicle for long range.

Out of 40 days of ownership, the car has been in the workshop for 20 days. AC was not working and twice they took to fix it. Now the gearbox is making a noise for which they don't have a clue. The AC of my new Tiago EV xz+ LR tech lux stopped working within a week of purchase. The service centre is unable to detect the cause and is unable to fix it. I request Tata Motors to please address this problem as many of the buyers are facing the same issue.

On the third day of buying, my Tiago EV XZ+ AC not working. The car is not fit yet to launch in the market. It seems like Tata pre-launch the car without fully testing it. One should wait for at least 2 years before buying Tiago EV.
